| Bio: | I hate labels, definitions and those tendencies we have to limit ourselves and others. That being said I will tell you a bit about myself, but don’t think that this is all of me, or that some contradictory bit won’t be true as well. I teach elementary art for a living and LOVE it. Still struggling with the paperwork/administrivia bit, but we all have room to grow, eh? I identify as a dyke, a queer, a womon leaning towards androgyny. I bellydance to distract myself from my day job and have been doing henna or mendhi for a short time now. With both of those pursuits my learning curve has been fast. It feels like I’ve done these things before. I call myself a pagan, have a great womyn’s group I practice with and try to remember the sacred in everything, in every day. I have turned swinging on my porch into a religion. |
